Our company is going to enter the plastic children accessaries. Now we require an experienced Product Designer who has a thorough understanding of the market and the products. This job could be PT/FT.
Responsibilities:
Design products and able to communicate the ideas to overseas suppliers.
Design, develop, prototype, and test of any required design changes or new features.
Developing and executing verification test protocols and designing testing environments/equipment.
Identify design flaws during testing and propose solutions / re-engineering strategies to overcome these.
Ensure that products are designed to meet all QA requirements
Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions
To apply for this role you will have experience in :
Design within teens/kids fashion and licensed product brands(accessories experience is a must).
Strong communication skills and creative flair with experience in working with overseas suppliers（Mostly Chinese）
Excellent negotiation skills
Advanced organisational and documentation skills e.g. developing design descriptions
Fluent in Madarin is an advantage, not essential.
