IT Graduate Position - Service Desk Officer
If you have graduated within the last year and are looking for a start, this is the position for you. This initial one year program will provide you with the experience, training, mentorship and the Industry Standard Certifications you need to make your start in the IT industry.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, well spoken and personable team member who is passionate about making a career in IT to join our program. You will be the face of IT for our client as the primary function of this role is to provide first level support to users.
This program will provide an IT Graduate with an opportunity to not only enhance their skills learnt throughout their university or TAFE course, but to also gain invaluable hands on experience and exposure to corporate culture and environments.
Do you have:
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?
? A technical mind and the ability to solve problems?
? A passion for all things IT?
Over the course of the program you will be involved with Large Scale Projects, Business Applications and Core Business Systems. In addition, you will gain exposure to different IT departments, varied organisation cultures and department sub-cultures, and varied organisation structures and department sub-structures.
Previous IT experience is not necessary for this role as full on-the-job training is provided. We simply require a recently completed tertiary qualification in IT, strong customer service experience and a desire to kick-start your IT career.
