Computer Support Assistant
Windows XP to Windows migration project
Operator level knowledge of Personal Computer (pc) hardware and software installation
Experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer equipment is better, but not necessary
Well developed customer service skills and an ability to establish positive rapport with staff at all levels.
Ability to correctly follow detailed procedures including the completion and maintenance of records and associated documentation.
