A well known retail brand, is currently looking for a junior
IT Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst
to join their team. In this role you will deliver first class IT support to 450 users based in their head office and retail outlets as well as get involved in projects.
Responsibilities

Provide a professional IT service at all times by support over the phone, remotely and face to face

Monitor and report on the progress of service request activities and ensure support is carried out in accordance with agreed SLAs

Installation and maintenance of hardware

Identify problems and make recommendations for technical solutions

Develop technical processes to ensure maximum user efficiency

Liaise and manage 3rd party service providers

Required Background

A track record of delivering first class customer service as a Trusted Advisor to the business

Prefer an IT or Engineering degree

An exceptional written and oral communication skills
