A well known telecommunications company is looking for consultants to assist their valued customers with technical enquiries related to their home telecommunications requirements Some of the activities and personal attributes necessary for performing this role include.:

Achieving and providing quality customer service and performance targets.   

Meeting customer service standards and requirements effectively

Identify customer needs through standard questioning techniques and product usage analysis   

Activate work orders through accurate entry of customer information   

Servicing a broad range of customer inquiries on both mobile phone and phone products   

Maintaining effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.   

Successful candidates must have possessed a number of qualities and skills including:

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to work well in a team

Strong analytical skills

Highly motivated and outgoing   

Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a pressured environment

Commercially aware and innovative

Ability to be mutiskilled, organised and flexible   

Holding a valid working rights in Australia
