CityCable is a successful Internet service provider located in south eastern suburb,we are now seeking a friendly, skilled entry level technical support person inassist expanding business. This is an entry level role working in a shiftenvironment where you will have opportunity to learn and utilize yournetworking and technical support skills within an energetic team inwell-established and exciting organization.
Youduties will include but are not limited to:

Working on-site to implement/connectinternet to customers and troubleshoot client’s internet connectivity issuesincluding network cabling and network devices.
·
Network devices setup for new andexisting users (Modem and Wireless router setup)
·
Providing remote customer supportthrough phone and email
·
Managing customer accounts
Youmust be able to demonstrate technical knowledge preferably with experience inan IT support environment. You should have solid knowledge of general internetproducts and services.
We are looking for candidate who is polite, eager, and has the ability to see atask through to completion. Experience is preferred, but not essential for theright candidate.
