A&S Powerseller is a manufacturer of camper trailers and dirt bikes, quads, go kart as well as importing a wide range of other products.
An opportunity is now available to join our growing company. We are now looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic person to fit in with our team in customer service - as a full time/full time casual.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service skills, both via phone and online
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accountability for sales
- Pick, pack and dispatching customer orders
- Liaising with warehouse teams and manage and keeping record of dispatch
- Schedule and edit listings on eBay
- Maintaining accuracy of inventory stock
- General ad hoc administration responsibilities
You must have :
- experience with eCommerce particularly eBay store and Magento operations.
- skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Access.
- excellent typing skills and good general computer skills
- have solid experience working within a warehouse
- a friendly, co-operative & supportive nature
- good communication skills
- be able to work well without supervision to accomplish assigned tasks
- have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- be able to work harmoniously within a team work environment
- have good organisational and problem solving skills.

To excel in this role, you must possess an understanding of our products, eBay store operation and online shopping. Customers describe you as someone with a professional sales and telephone disposition and able to provide timely solutions to customer queries and problems. Knowledge of HTML coding would be advantageous to help with updating eBay store listing templates.
Your hours of work will be from Monday to Tuesday 9:00am to 5.00pm and Wednesday to Friday 9:30am to 5.00pm. Must be flexible and allow for overtime or working on Saturday 11:00am to 3pm. A minimum of 36-40 hours a week will be required. You must have your own transport.
