Got a thing for IT? A large multinational organisation requires an experienced IT helpdesk officer to join their customer focused team in Richmond. As an integral member of the team, you will be involved in the activities of.:

Providing a high standard of IT service

Providing user access management for all new starters to the business   

Ensuring new starters have all their IT hardware access rights

Ensuring a smooth introduction into the business for new starters   

For applicants to be successful for this role, candidates must have possessed a number of qualities and skills including:

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team

Strong analytical skills

Highly motivated and outgoing

Expert skills and experience in using modern technologies Workplace. ( Windows XP / 7, Office Product Suite, Network Hardware and Software and Peripheral Devices)     

Proven background in providing first class IT support

Holding a valid working rights in Australia
