                TITLE: IT Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We require a self-motivated person to join our team in Melbourne on a permanent position. Someone who has the ability to multi taskis essential.
We are a medium sized company within the fitness industry based in Campbellfield Melbourne looking to hire a person to be part of one of our teams. Our team consists of graphic designer, sales staff (based locally), IT support staff and customer service team (based in China). We are very interested in people looking to assist us in the long term. We specialise in all domestic range fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, spin bikes, home gyms and more. We also wholesale bikes to bicycle shops around Australia.
We run multiple websites online and are quite aggressive with SEO and Ad Words online advertising. We use a fully integrated system called Netsuite which manages all of websites, support, mail marketing and sales divisions. Netsuite training will be provided.
Skills Required;
· Strong knowledge and experience working in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
· Strong knowledge of the windows system and MS office suite especially word, excel andoutlook
· Website development and maintenance
· Installation,configuration and troubleshooting of hardware, printers and network
· Understanding of SEO implementation and analytics as well as Google Adwords Management
· Web hosting control panel management
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work in a team and supervise and manage overseas support teams
· Experience with ERP is preferred
Fluent English/conversational skills required as well as the ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

Being a supervisor you will need to acquire high levels of project management skills and the ability to delegate work to fellow staff members. This job will involve communicating skills to both staff and clients.

This role requires a fulltime hard working, energetic person who can work as part of a team and follow procedures to maintain a successful IT division.
This position is fulltime.
