The objective of this role is to administer and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner and at the same time, ensuring that all enquirers are attended to, within a reasonable time frame.
For Finance Graduates:
Knowledge and Skills required:
? Process sales orders from beginning to end
? Ensure orders and enquirers are attended to within 48 hours.
? Assist Finance Administrator Team Leader and other team members with ad hoc projects
Essential Skills:
? Financial qualification is preferable
? Be very customer focused (both internal and external)
? Be an excellent communicator – with strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly able to write quality responses to external customers and prospects
? Have excellent people skills
? Highly proactive and able to take initiative
? Have experience in working with databases and Microsoft Office Suite
? Be highly focused on customer satisfaction
? Be highly computer literate with a capacity to learn quickly
? Be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and have strong attention to detail
For IT graduates:
We are looking for someone with strong
[color=]Windows Server 2008
skills and
[color=]Helpdesk
skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform daily checklists and maintenance tasks
· Maintain system infrastructure and troubleshoot issues as required
· Work on projects as a technical resource
Essential Skills:

Strong Server, Desktop Support and customer service skills.

Industry accreditation or experience with hardware related support using ITILs standards

Technical expertise in server technology (eg, Microsoft, VMware, Linux, and so on)

Knowledge and experience in Active Directory, MS Exchange & DNS servers, Network protocols, file and printer servers, Storage, Network & Backup products would also be advantageous.

Strong personal time management skills and priority setting skills

Clear and concise telephone & English speaking skills (Fluent written & verbal a prerequisite)

Self motivation, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Professional presentation

Ability to work unsupervised with strong problem solving skills.

Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Required and Ideal Qualifications:
*Relevant Information Technology Tertiary Diploma/Degree
*Microsoft Certifications - MCP, MSCE, MCSA
*Cisco Certification - CCNA
*ITIL Certification
