IT Officer: 2 positions

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software
Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service
Provide the company with expert opinions on new and emerging technologies that might become useful for doing business、Recommend purchases of technology that will increase business efficiency, save money and facilitate corporate expansion
Manage a company's IT operations with JH China IT Department
Train employees and work with admin officer on personnel issues
Communicate with other departments in the company about business needs
Provide beneficial technology solutions.
Create IT policies that support the efforts of other departments within the company
Assure company IT completion on time, according to budget and at the expected quality level
Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of IT assets across the company
Plan the lifespans of all the companies' technologies, including anticipated upgrades and replacements.
Coordinate efforts with facilities management staff on the provision and maintenance of interstates where technology is deployed
Endeavour to make technology and systems available around the clock, and establish disaster recovery or contingency plans to assure business continuity
The required skills and experience for this role will include:
Possess necessary computer knowledge and skills and minimum recognized diploma in IT
Qualified driving licence holder is preferred
Positive attitude, able to multi-task and resourceful
Working experience is preferred, though several entry level positions are also available.
Communication skills both written and verbal in Fluent English and Chinese language.
