Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling customer enquiries over phone and online (such as eBay and other channels)
- Processing customer orders / paper work
- Pick, pack and dispatching customer orders
- Schedule and edit listings on eBay
- General ad hoc administration responsibilities
You must :
- Excellent word processing skills.
- have solid experience working within a warehouse
- a friendly, co-operative & supportive nature
- have good communication skills(
In English
)
- have good organisational and problem solving skills.
- be computer literate and experience with eCommerce particularly eBay store and Magento operations.
- be able to work well without supervision to accomplish assigned tasks
- have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- be able to work harmoniously within a team work environment
- be flexible and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- be able to supply recent and relevant work references.
To fit in this role, you must possess an understanding of our products and eBay store operation. Customers describe you as someone with a professional sales and telephone disposition and able to provide timely solutions to customer queries and problems.
