We are an Australian owned business and a world leader in the production and distribution of tapware and mixers. We offer a fantastic opportunity for a bookkeeper to join our solid working environment and a stable, long term career opportunity.The role of the book keeper will be to manage and complete all finance accounting duties and requirements.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
·  -Hands on management of all AP and AR duties
·  - Reconciliation of bank accounts
·  -Monthly reporting
·  -Preparation of sales reconciliation and reports
·  -Cash flows & prepayment schedules
·  -Management and processing of payroll
·  -Maintenance of payroll-taxes and superannuation obligations
·  -Preparation of BAS / IAS
·  -Management and continual improvement of the accounting and finance system
·  -Any other ad hoc office duties as required

The successful applicant must have completed a bachelor degree in accounting and have a working visa in Australia. In addition, the applicant must be able to demonstrate hands on experience in all of the above points within a similar role, will be able to adapt with the business as it grows and must be proactive and well organised.
The right person will possess excellent analytical and business management skills and in addition, have the desire for identifying ways to improve the efficiencies within the businesses.A focus on accuracy and attention to details is essential.
Experience with MYOB is preferred but not essential.
