Part time receptionistposition with an immediate start.
Reception duties which include but not be limited to
·
Meet clients as they arrive in a professional manner
·
Answer all customer calls and direct to staff as required
·
Updating of client databases
·
Forward relevant information to clients
·
Manage inventory and purchase all office stationary and kitchenrequirements.
·
Book and receive all local, interstate and internationalcouriers.
·
Assist with mail including collecting, outgoing mail,photocopying of documents and letters
Essential Requirements
·
basic professional phone manner
·
Advancedcomputer skills in MS Word and Excel
·
A willingness to deal with a challenging client base
·
Is able to work in a team environment with exceptionalcommunication skills
·
Optimistic and positivity in their attitude
·
Has an unlimited attitude to learning and growing along with ourteam
