This Reputable, Australian-owned Import and Wholesale Company is currently seeking for an Experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable /
Stock Control Officer to Join Their hardworking and Motivated team on a Part time basis.
While being part of an ever-expanding business, your responsibilities will include reporting to the Financial Controller Directly by performing the. tasks of:
-Receipting stock in Volume
-Processing Overseas Transactions INCLUDING Fx rates
-Dealing with Freight companies
-Processing Volume purchases
-Debtors control / Collections
-Calling OVERDUE Debtors
-Allocation of debtor payments into the Receivables system
-Preparing reports in Excel
The ideal candidate will have:

-Exceptional organisational and time management skills
-A high attention to detail and accuracy
-Good communication skills
-High motivated and outgoing
-Strong analytical skills
-Holding valid working rights in Australia
(International students are welcome)
To be successful for this role, you will be a self-starter with the Initiative and experience to get your hands dirty without Requiring Intensive training.
