We are a fast growing busy law firm located in CBD Melbourne looking for candidates to fill in a full time solicitor position.
If you are interested in challenging tasks, working in fast pace, then this is the position for you!
Key Accountabilities for Solicitor
1. Mandarin/Cantonese speakers a must and candidates must be able to read and write Chinese;
2. Candidates must be able to travel overseas when required;
3. Candidates must have a minimum 2-3 years experience in the follow areas: property law/conveyancing, family law, migration and/or commercial law;
3. Good interpersonal skills, including providing clear an constructive advice to clients from a diverse background;
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills;
5. Comprehensive legal knowledge, in particular knowledge in property law;
6. Sound legal research and analytical skills;
7. Self-starter and able to handle tasks being handed down responsibly;
8. File management skills and able to meet deadlines;
9. Attention to details;
10. Able to work in a team environment as well as individually;
11. Positive attitude towards the work;
12. Able to complete tasks with minimum supervision;
13. Candidates must be responsible, fast learning, honest, hard working and good at team work;
14. Candidates must be admitted to practice;
15. Experience with Leap would be desirable but not essential.
Salary package are negotiable depending on the candidate's attributes and experiences.
All candidates must have appropriate visa permitting them to work in Australia.
