Accounts Receivable Officer needed for IP specialist company!

                One of Australia's largest IP specialist intellectual property firms are looking for a full time accounts receivable officer to join their company in performing the duties of:

   

Bank reconciliations

Calling overdue debtors

Allocation of debtor payments into the receivables system

Processing of customer credits

Weekly payroll management

EOFY payroll activities

Payroll compliance activities and reporting

The ideal candidate will have:

   

Previous experience across payroll or credit control     

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

A high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain high standards of customer service

Demonstrated experience in working in a fast paced environment

Good communication skills

High motivated and outgoing

Strong analytical skills

Holding valid working rights in Australia     
    (International students are welcome)
