We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our friendly working environment as an Administration Assistant.
You will provide on-going administrative support to our successful Sales and Accounting team. This is a great opportunity to learn more about SAP system and to build on your admin skills.
Job description:
·
Typing and formatting of documents using MS Office.
·
Mail and fax collection and distribution.
·
Co-ordination and maintenance of all office supplies, kitchen supplies
·
Maintenance of an efficient filing system
·
Bank reconcile
·
Other office all around tasks
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to customer service, outstanding phone manner, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.
Hours: 9:30am – 6pm Mon-Fri
