Accounts/ Office Support (Experience essential)

We cater for tradeshows, exhibitions, corporate events, private functions, fundraisers, retail and point of sale, schools, clubs, associations and householders. ( Big Banner Australia also offers graphic design, logo design, artwork design for printing, business branding, 3D Modling, etc.)provides you access to an one-stop online super store where you can buy promotional products, display products, large format prints, light boxes, feature signs, flags & banner displays, poster frames & holders, exhibition display systems, advertising literature, stationery, brochures & leaflets, flyers, posters, business cards, menus, sticker & labels and much more.
A full time/ part time office administration position is now available.
3-5days9am to 3.30pm,20-30 hrs per week, $15per hr- Sunshine west office ( 71 strezlecki Ave )- Dynamic and friendly office environment.- Great small team culture
The successful candidate will be well organised, professional and display the following competencies:
? Attention to detail and "can do" attitude
? Excellent organisational and time management skills
? Accurate Data Entry Skills
? Accounts/bookkeeping experience preferred but not essential.
MYOB Skill is preferable.
? Proven ability to prioritise, multi-taskeffectively and efficiently.
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an acute attention to detail.
? Well developed and demonstrated MS Office suite skills especially Excel.
? A professional and friendly manner.
? Have a strong, mature minded work ethic.
Tasks include:
? Processing invoices
? Accounts receivable/payable
? Bank Reconciliations
? Assisting in Management Reporting
? General office duties
? Telephone reception and customer enquires from email.
? Estimation and pricing for different products and quote to customer.
? Assisting with sales representative for quotation, samples, documents etc.
? Preparing documentations for production and delivery.
? Raise purchase orders
? Assisting with daily operations and data maintenance.
? Other duties as required.
