National Solar distribution and projectcompany recruit Customer service manager based in Melbourne.
Position: Customer service manager
Location: Melbourne
Salary: 50000-60000
Responsibility:
Develop and implement customer servicestandard for customer service team (customers contact center)
Develop and management of customersatisfactory programs within company
Managing and directing customer servicestaffs to provide efficiency and excellence service
Assist customer service team recruitment
Carry out regular audits on customerservice and give feedback to cutomer service team and company management
Planning and implementing after-salesservices standard to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance ofequipment purchased, and modify and improve services provided
Regular training to customer service team,update relevant policy and service feedback from clients
Provide feedback to sales team in regardsto the customer service issues
Liaising with manufactory service center(Both overseas and Austrlian) to provide customer feedback for equipmentpurchased and after sales provided
Skills required:
Fluent in English and Chinese
Excellent communication skills
Relevant working experience required (inSolar industry)
