Our company is located in the Western suburb of melbourne. The main business is the wool quilt manufacturing and exporting our products. Because the incresing business scales, we now need a part- time office administration staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide the administrative and secretarial support to the businessGreet visitors to the office and answer inbound callsOversee administrative functions such as diary management, travel itinerary, work scheduling, and event co-ordinationMaintain efficient and effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure an excellent standard of administrative and customer serviceexpore potential customers
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Well-developed communication skills and an excellent customer service mannar is also essential to the success of this role. You need to have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products.
