A full time vacancy currently exists for a Receptionist to join a dynamic team of a growing Migration Law Consulting Service based in a high profile business centre in St Kilda.
The person will have :
Good English communication skills
Computer literate in excel, word, acrobat and outlook
Basic graphic design skill
Positive 'can do' attitude
Self motivation
Well presented
Duties include :
Answering and directing calls
Follow up calls to customers
Greeting customers
Preparing invoices
Documents processing
Various other administrative duties
Candidate with Chinese language skills and previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Hours are 9.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
