We are hiring a Part-Time Receptionist/Office Admin to join our growing team, start ASAP
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone call, greeting clients
- Setting appointment
- Document control
- General office duties including filing, typing & scanning
- Provide support to other departments as required
- Excellent presentation and service oriented attitude
As a suitable candidate you will need to posse the following skills andattributes:
- Reliable and highly organized with attention to detail with a team playerattitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Mandarin and English
- Moderate computer literacy skills (Microsoft office)
- Accurate data entry skills; maintaining and updating records
- Exceptional phone manner
- Holding Permanent Residency or a Bridging Visa
This role will start from part-time basis with a possibility of Full time for the right person.
Applicants with previous office admin experience will be highly regarded.
