One of Australia's leading suppliers of commercial & residential lighting duct]products presents an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual.
This interesting role will focus on the customer needs, price negotiation, and understanding of a diverse range of products and components.
Office assistant is responsible for the following:

Processing of Purchase Orders and invoicing—Large quantity

Answering phone calls regarding stock availability and ETA

Processing customer order picking up.

Deliver the best customer experience within every consumer interaction.

Filing

You will possess the following skills:

Fast keyboard skills

Proficient use of business computer system

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Ability to learn products knowledge quickly

Clear logical mind

Experience within a strong sales environment with good phone manners.

Highly effective oral and written communication skills.

Extensive experience in a highly customer focused environment with a proven track record in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Experience in an environment exposed to strong regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years practical wholesale experience with a strong focus on customers/distributors.
Your previous experience within the lighting or electrical industry will be highly regarded.
Working Monday to Friday, you will be well rewarded with an attractive base salary + superannuation, excellent working conditions. Australia working]working permit is compulsory.
