We are hiring a Full Time Receptionist/Office Support to join our team, immediate start
Your role will include but not limited to:
[color=]- Answering incoming phone call, reply inquiries by phone or email
- Provide support to other departments as required
- Setting appointment
[color=]- Document control
- General office duties including filing, typing & scanning
The ideal candidate must have an academic background in business, eg. Commerce, Marketing, Finance and etc., practical experience in personal assistant position, excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Chinese and English (Fluent spoken English is Essential),a hands-on attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.The successful candidate should also be versatile and self-driven, who is willing to take more challenges and holds a can-do attitude.
