JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform various administrative / clerical duties as necessary
-Answering and making phone calls
-Booking in and invoicing all cases accurately
-Accounts receivable and payable
-Ordering supplies
-Shipping and receiving cases
-2-3 days per week
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
-Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
-Customer service experiences required
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be a quick learner and should be able to understand the lab procedures -MYOB user
Administrative experience with dental lab experience, specifically with booking in and billing process is preferable
