CBD良好办公环境,友善团队。现诚聘full-time reception/office admin。要求中英文流利, 良好的沟通协调能力, 做事细心耐心, 熟练使用各种办公软件, 有高度责任感, 并具时间安排能力。有reception和administration 工作经验优先录取。

Duties will include (but not limited to):
Answering/directing phone calls
Greeting clients and visitors
Attending to general enquiries
billing and receipting clients accounts
Filing
Maintaining office stationary and supplies
Entering data to a unique system
Distributing ingoing and outgoing mail
other general administrative duties as manager's request
