Calling for buyer of Top Pacific Group
Hi, guys
I am one of the angry but calm first home buyers of the property from Top Pacific Group which the Boss name is Park. And they are putting  a lot of advertise of their properties on newspaper and the websites. Their office is on Sussex street.
They are selling the property on Wolli Creek and Bankstown, Hurstville etc.
Currently I am experiencing some very bad experience from Top Pacific group and my very strong feeling is : Top Pacific is cheating on the buyer now. Their laywer and their management write  the very tricky purchasing clauses on the contract which are already setup to make much unreasonable extra money from the customer.  For example: the room sized reduce a lot, the fiting facilities changed a lot, the floor plan changed a lot--> the 3 room bedroom change to be 2 bedrom.
I complained to their boss and want to negotiate and try to get some positive feedback, but the boss just said:
Pls spread out anywhere regarding our policy as you want! I do not care at all.
Eventhough you get one room less, we will never refund you any cents. Our lawyer already told us that what we are doing will be not law issue at all.
The property market is booming now and you already got investment value from our property, and we do not want to pay any your loss for that deleted one room ! You should know there is risk to buy the off-plan. that's what your need to afford!

Top Pacific sold me the 3 bed-room property with 40K more than other 2 bed-room( my unit is around 600K and other 2 bed-room only 560K) , and now just say it is a risk and I have to afford the 40K loss , and also assuming I already earned the money from the propety market already, therefore they do not need to do anything for their fault.
I believe i am not the only one who is experiencing this extreme bad purchasing experience now.
if each buyer loss 40K , hundreds of buyer will loss 40K*200=8000K !
Do you think That's a trap setup from Top Pacific Group?
Should we do anything to tell the goverment that in Australia, some dirty business are earning money by this cheating way and very darely to open to public but none to supervise it and punish on it!
That's not Fair at all! That's not what the australia people or any property buyer should suffered.

Do not fear this kindly of businessman which will not only cheat on you but also cheat on other people as well.
Yes, they can earn the money illegally but the God and our Goverment definitely will judge and do something on them.
