顾客是上帝！欺骗消费者？Metricon受罚80万！

由于宣传资料涉嫌误导欺骗消费者，昨日，联邦法院判处全国最大的住宅建筑商Metricon罚金80万澳元。
对于联邦政府对Metricon的判决，澳洲竞争与消费者公署主席Rod Sims说，这一判决将使得建筑商将受到警告，我们也无需与广告标准一战到底。
澳洲竞争与消费者公署称，法官Berna Joan Collier将Metricon Homes Qld的产品列为“臭名昭着”。
广告描述的房子许多特色实体房并不具备，而广告中的“跳楼价”根本就不存在。Metricon Homes Qld网站以及包括小册子等在内的宣传资料都不符合实际情况。
