NSW新政 10月开始首次置业者买65万以下新房有15000 的补贴 全免印花税

首次置业的朋友要注意了，新洲今天的新政策 ，
首次置业者买65万以下新房会有15000 的补贴而且全免印花税，
买2手房还是会有7000块， 所以不要急于在6月30号匆匆入市哦 first home grant to $15,000 for buyers of new property priced up to $650,000

65万以下有15000的补贴是对的，不过对于免税，应该是价格在55万以下的才能完全免税，55万到65万之间的部分免税。

    7月一号以后也不存在50-60万的部分免税了
