男主人是local，女主人是亚洲人，但不是中国的，交流的话也只能靠英文。还有一个10岁多的小孩儿。因为以前住过中国学生，相处比较好，所以这回还是想找亚洲的学生。

Must be easy going, responsible, friendly and able to live with fun, relaxed, friendly, clean an easy to get on with couple with 10 yr child. Must be responsible, able to clean up after yourself. 我在UniSA读Masterof Marketing，租了另外一个小点的房间。能有同僚当然是最好了。:): 2 o. H# w) B) L! M2 U: c
两间屋子都在房子的另一边，有bathroom，不需要跟主人share。厨房的东西都可以用，只要清理干净就行，冰箱也是跟我share一个。8 K/ k' Y% t0 h5 R  p, X
