Our client is currently looking for enthusiastic andcustomer focused individuals to join their team. Our client has strong marketpresence both domestically and internationally. The Group business today coverstourism, catering and a large collection of audiovisual entertainments.
They are seeking like minded individuals whowill match their internal culture and their iconic brand image.

Marketing and VIP Service Host

·
The delivery of a positive customer serviceexperience by identifying customer needs, resolving issues and offeringeffective solutions
·
Promoting value of VIP and Personalized services
·
Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills
·
Prior customer service experience would bepreferred


Customer Service Support

?
Preparationand processing of payment runs in AUD and Foreign currency
?
Reconciliations of payments
?
Processing invoices and supplier queries
?
Excellent attention to detail andaccuracy
?
Degree in Accounting or Financewould be preferred

Additionally, Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English willbe highly regarded for the above two positions.
