Job Responsibilities:
·To manage 2~3 projects per year in sales section
·To set up project sales plan, including sponsor program and delegate pricing, promotion plan and
Scheduling
·Team building, including interview and job training. etc.
·The main responsibility is to lead a team and assign tasks, set goals and on-site management, etc.
·Coordination Management (Internal Sales management and collaborate with CP and EC)
Job Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above
·Good English & Chinese communication skills both in written and verbal
·Good learning skills and adaptability
·Proactive, Self-confidence and Team spirit
·Work with passion, initiative and power of influence
·Leadership and experience of leading team for more than half year
·Experience of international conference sales for one year
