We areMelbourne based company, providing the training, internship and jobopportunities in both Australia and China markets. Due to our businessexpansion, we now need to recruitfollowing positions to meet our human resource allocation there.
Human resource advisor
The basicrequirements are listed below:
1.
Have adequate knowledge on Chineselaw, especially Chinese employment legislation, and Chinese culture.
2.
With human resource managementexperience for more than five years, and the experience gained in multinationalcorporation will be favorable.
3.
Willing to travel betweenAustralia and China, heavy work in China
Responsibilities:
1. Arrangingfor advertising of job vacancies, interviewing, testing and selecting ofapplicants.
2. Formulating,developing and interpreting employment & enterprise contracts, awards, wagepayment systems, workplace relations policies and dispute settlement procedurescomplying with Chinese relevant laws and the headquarters’ rules.
3. Arrangingthe induction and training of staff and informing on conditions of service,salaries and promotional opportunities.
Salarylevel: AUD 80,000-90,000 pa
Training and Development Professional
Responsibility:


Thisposition is mainly focusing on the training and development programs for ourcompany in China and the key responsibilities include:
1.
Designingtraining and development plans and programs for the company’s projects
2.
Planningtraining and development materials and organize the training courses
3.
Bedirectly engaged in the training process
Main Skills:


1.
Befamiliar with Chinese thinking and behavior mode
2.
Havethe experience of working or studying in English-spoken countries
3.
Atleast 2 years training and development experience
4.
Fluentin both English and Chinese


Salary Level: AUD 60,000 to 69,000 pa
Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
Identifiesmarket opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementationof plans for pricing and promoting company’s business
Main Skills
At least3 years marketing experience in training or recruitment industry
Goaloriented and self initiated
FluentEnglish and Chinese
SalaryLevel: AUD60,000-70,000 pa
