You must have:
- Current agent's representative certificate
- Can do and willing to learn attitude
- People skills and well-groomed presentation
Ideally you will have:
- A reliable car and valid drivers licence even though not mandatory
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Some experience in property sales.
