-每周工作2-3天

需求
:
-3年以上工作经验
-流利的英文和普通话(口语及文案)
-拥有客户服务经验
-优异的沟通能力与技巧
-快速学习的能力
-会使用MYOB
-会驾驶
有牙科技工室的相关管理经验
及对登记、开具收费单等程序熟悉者优先考虑

JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform various administrative / clerical duties as necessary
-Answering and making phone calls
-Booking in and invoicing all cases accurately
-Accounts receivable and payable
-Ordering supplies
-Shipping and receiving cases
-2-3 days per week
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
-3+ years of working experience
-F
luent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
-Customer service experiences required
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be a quick learner and should be able to understand the lab procedures
-MYOB user
-Drive Licence
Administrative experience with dental lab experience, specifically with booking in and billing process is preferable
