工作职责：
1、负责客户接待，为客户提供专业的房产置业咨询服务；
2、根据客户需求为客户提供匹配的房源信息；
3、可以利用公司丰富的人力物力资源；
4、参与公司未来项目开发
我们需要您：
1.持有Real Estate Sales Representative Certificate；
2.有車及有效駕照；
3.有相关工作经验；
4. 流利的中英文
5.热爱销售工作，沟通表达能力强；
6.有责任心，有良好的团队协作精神；

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to develop theirskills to become a lead Real Estate Agent. You will be trained and mentored bythe best.

Duties include:

?Answering of busy switch

?Meeting and greeting clients

?Liaising with landlords & buyers

?Assisting with contract administration

?Sales administration

?Assisting walk in enquiries

Property Management Administration (preparation agreements, letters etc)

To be consideredfor this role you will:

Have a current Agents Representative Certificate

Have a sales mentality

Be confident cold calling and prospecting

A positive ‘can-do’ attitude

Excellent time management skills

Great attention to detail

A strong passion for Real Estate

Extensive Real Estate Sales Admin/Advertising experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
