Qualities of the successful appointees include:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and strong customer service skills
Being able to operate with excellent self-management and without
territorial restrictions
Experience in project marketing and individual residential sales
Multi-language skills, English and Chinese essential
