Renesola is a leading global photovoltaic product manufacturer and solution provider including poly-silicon, mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline solar ingots and wafers, photovoltaic cells and modules, invertors and mounting systems,etc.

As the Technical Support Engineer
You will be responsible for providing technical support, assist with training and certification of clients and internally to sales and management.
You will be the first point of contact for all customer technical enquiries, trouble shooting and assistance.
In addition you will be involved in working with Clients in helping them with field trials and new product evaluation.
You will also have input into new product ideas.

Requirements
?Technical Support experience from within power electronics, solar or related product/solution/service
?Mechanical aptitude and experience with ground and roof mounted racking systems
?Solar Inverter experience will be well regarded
?Knowledge of industrial data communications will be well regarded
?You will enjoy dealing with Clients and solving problems
