Essential Responsibilities
| 1.
HR functions (60%).
1)
Recruiting and staffing local employees;
2)
Manage affaires as employee on boarding, development and training
3)
Manage employee’s compensation, benefits and welfare
4)
Develop and implement HR policy and procedures
5)
Support HR Business Partner in headquarter in administration
6)
Take care of employee relationship
2.
Administration Support (20%)
1)
Office daily operation and administration (e.g. facility maintenance, transportation, office supply
purchase and management, etc.)
2)
IT system set-up and vendor management
3.
Business Support (10%)
1)
Assist to coordinate supportive services to business department (e.g. travelling arrangement,
company event, etc.)
4.
Other assignments from Supervisor and HR H/Q

Must have requirements
| 1.
Bachelor’s degree;
2.
Proficient HR management skill;
3.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4.
Proficient at states and local labor laws;
5.
Experience in office management;
6.
Ethnic Chinese or master of mandarin
