Business Development Executive :3 position
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Assist in designing marketing plans and implementing strategic sales to achieve company objectives

Provide practical suggestion on developing and optimizing the commercial proposal

Maintain and develop customer relationship

Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities

Work with Internal teams to solve customer’s problems

Give prompt feedback to customer’s enquiries

Report to Marketing Manager
The required skills and experience for this role will include:

Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and construction experience desired.

Working experience is preferred, though several entry level positions are also available.

Fluent English and Mandarine

Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.

Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner to the Owner, architect, related project staff and the community.
