Must be Australia PR or citizen and have minimum 6 Years experience cooking Asian cuisine. This is a senior position, must be able to manage stock control, supervise whole kitchen operations and maintain cooking facilities, Duties also including Preparation of materials and cooking of Asian cuisine and stir-frying and deep frying food ingredients to meet customer's requirements from menu or by special order. Be capable of delivering food efficiently and of the highest efficiency in the shortest amount of time. Assist in the training and Health Department of WA.
