We are a Perth-based established company specialized in wine industry. We currently look for an administrative assistant who is able to work 3-4 hours from 9am, three days per week at close to city location.

This role is to provide administrative and sales support for the marketing and sales team. The basic requirements are:
* professional at administrative tasks, be detailed and organized, and be flexible to adapt to changes
* have excellent organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask are also required
* team player
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and good writing skills
* Prior experience in graphic design/marketing plan and strategy is a priority.
Bilingual language skills in Chinese and English (both spoken and writing) is required.
