加速发展培训项目（Accelerated Development Program）
加速发展培训项目是一个为期两年的轮岗项目，旨在塑造英格索兰未来的领导者。在项目期间，ADP管理培训生将至少在两个业务部门进行轮岗，通过不同的轮岗任务，培训生的核心能力得到发展，多样化的工作经验得以积累，并且通过包括团队领导力、项目管理、ADP入职培训和学习研讨会等活动，ADP培训生的工作技能将不断提升。最终，ADP培训生将与他们的导师一起参与制定一份既符合个人职业意愿，又符合公司发展方向的职业发展计划，为其在英格索兰的成功职业生涯做准备。

岗位要求：
(1) 2014年应届毕业生，硕士学历；
(2) 专业要求：制冷与低温，建筑环境及设备，热能工程，暖通，空调，机械等；
(3) 英语达到CET六级及以上，熟练使用计算机及各类办公软件；
(4) 具有良好的人际沟通能力，团队合作和领导潜力。

岗位要求：

Accelerated Development Program:
The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a 24-month rotational program designed to shape the future leaders of Ingersoll Rand. ADP- Engineering, rotated in Shanghai & Taicang
Qualifications:
1. 2014 graduates with Master Degree.
2. Major in Refrigeration and Cryogenics, Building Environment and Equipment, Thermal Engineering, HVAC, Mechanics, etc.
3. Excellent command of English (CET-6 or above) and computer skill.
4. Good team player, strong interpersonal skill and leadership potential.
ADP- Operation (Manufacturing), rotated in Shanghai, Taicang & Zhongshan
Qualifications:
1. 2014 graduates with Master Degree.
2. Major in Industrial Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenics, Building Environment and Equipment, Thermal Engineering, HVAC, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering and the Automation, etc.
3. Excellent command of English (CET-6 or above) and computer skill.
4. Good team player, strong interpersonal skill and leadership potential.
ADP- Product Management, Based in Shanghai
Qualifications:
1. 2014 graduates with Master Degree.
2. Major in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering and the Automation, Refrigeration and Cryogenics, Thermal Engineering, HVAC, etc.
3. Excellent command of English (CET-6 or above) and computer skill.
4. Good team player, strong interpersonal skill and leadership potential.
ADP- Operation (Procurement), rotated in Shanghai, Taicang & Wujiang
Qualifications:
1. 2014 graduates with Master Degree.
2. Major in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenics, Building Environment and Equipment, Thermal Engineering, HVAC, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering and the Automation, etc.
3. Excellent command of English (CET-6 or above) and computer skill.
4. Good team player, strong interpersonal skill and leadership potential.
