Motel Night Audit

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team, holding responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the facilities overnight operation
Ensure maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
Key Tasks

Managing the overnight operation of the hotel.

Provide exceptional customer service, including check in and checkout as well as switch board activities.

Ensure accurate charges for room revenue as well as maintain accurate guest records on a daily basis.

Prepare reports to reflect the trading result of the hotel property on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality.

Have excellent product knowledge, use every opportunity to promote the hotel, club and facilities.

Essential Requirements

Flexibility to work from 11.00pm, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

High level of attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Must have Australian Full Licence and own car
