Job details
One of Australia's newly established online stores, looking for punctual, discipline and committed person to work as a Customer Service/ Personal assistant person in our Clayton warehouse.
Duties
Duties include Taking order from customer through website, email and or phone. Customer support, Product listing via website/eBay. Problem solving when customer email/phone in regards damage/incorrect/return products. Warehouse
duties such as labelling, pick packing stock taking etc. also needed when
request by manager. Requirements
Some online shopping/website
support experiences and knowledge in ecommerce
/online retailer business. Excellent customer support skills is needed.
Details
Location: 35 GARDEN ROAD, CLAYTON, VIC 3168
Salary: FT/PT @ min $16 p/h+super depends on experience and easy access by public transport.
Work type: Part time position, less than 35hours per week
Tenancy: Permanent, 6+months
Number of positions: 1
