回复 oyangwendai 的帖子if 8000 takings a week that is include GST or Exclude GST????if include gst you will be not making any money at all.Dont forget you need to pay royalty fee and marketing fee for franchise. plus....you need to pay lots of different fee for shopping centre not only RENT...example, marketing levy? outgoing? etc...and is all depends on how much you bought the business??? for taking 8000/Week, the shop should only worth approx 250k - 300k, and probably you can make approx 60k-80k a year after all the interest. for taking approx 10000/week, you are looking for 300l-350k.then you can make appxo 100k a year. always remember is 3 years return on your investment, anything more...DONT BUY!!!!and MORE IMPORTANTLY......SHOPPING CENTRE IS DOGGY!!!! ALWAYS ASK YOU TO RENOVATE your shop when lease is expired...cost you additional 100k+ to renovate...out of your pocket money...and you need to renew your franchise license fee etc etc....lots of fees involveand THIS YEAR IS A TOUGH YEAR, you can grab a bargain and DO NOT RUSH INTO BUYING THE BUSINESS... cus everyone sales is dropping this year... in such a long time. REALLY>>>>>franchise you hardly make any money but is more safer but still risk.at the end of the day, you will feel where is all the MONEY????if you have 200-300k investment, it is better to buy a cafe shop in CBD or office area, ppl still do spend money in city.... if is independent shop...you can grab much higer turnover such as 15k a week for the price of 300k. and 2 year returnsI Have experience in shopping centre..is really risky to do it to be honest.!!!! |
