                Customer Service Officer - Finance

This small finance organisation is a real success story, and has a very strong market share in its niche segment.
This role will manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, who are mainly SME customers, across a broad range of industries. You will liaise with the customer via phone, and assist them with any inquiries and transactions. You will administer their account and ensure all records are maintained on the internal database. You will liaise with third parties in order to set up new customer accounts, and will support the Client Services Manager where needed.
This is a small, collaborative and successful team, which very much values the positive culture it has built. You will need to be a strong and open communicator, be prepared to learn from your experienced colleagues, and always deliver premium client service.
This role will need someone with prior exposure to telephone based customer service. Some exposure to accounts, is a distinct advantage - ie accounts payable or receivable. You will need to have a natural numerical aptitude in order to succeed in this role.
