                We are hunting for a qualified bookkeeper urgently, this position would be perfect for someone in the entry level of accounting department.
This part time position requires 3 days per week attendance and a minimum of one year working period.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities willinclude, but not limited to, the following:

The general recording and maintenance of businessfinancial transactions. This includes incomes, receipts, and payments

Payroll andSuperannuation
·
Processes Customs Clearance with local logistics company forimported goods. Arranges the local delivery of cargo.
·
Prepares quarterlyBAS Returns to our accountant and GST Reconciliation
·
Accountsreceivable and collection                                
·
Accounts payableand schedule                                                               
·
BankReconciliations
·
Assist withBudgeting and Financial reporting
·
General Administrative Duties, which includes:
1.
Managing the staff’s attendances and leaves.
2.
Attend to incoming phone calls during the businesshours.
3.
Organise office stationary and warehouse shippingmaterial.
