2014 Optus 【会计】毕业生计划已全面启动 专家给你指点迷津

正在找会计工作的，有PR的，2011年之后毕业的，同学们，
周所周知，海外学生毕业后（不论有没有PR），就业形式从来就没好过。现在如此，我毕业那年（2007）也如此。如果大家有一点野心，想进入大公司的会计培训生计划，Optus 可谓是今年的末班车了（大多数公司都在每年4月份）。
很多朋友问我当年如何杀出重围，最终获得2008 Optus 会计毕业生计划的合同。我很坦然的回答：运气真的很重要！可是回想起来，5年前，我能5轮面试都屹立不倒，也跟我个人努力是密不可分的 。俗话说得好：机会是留给有准备的人。
今天，我的一个LinkedIn的朋友给我发了她申请Optus的简历+Cover Letter, 让我帮她把把关。看后，我冒冷汗，要大改啊。我经常跟朋友说，面试就是“演戏”，简历就是“演哑剧”。无趣无味的简历（求职第1步），当然被扔了。
Optus的会计毕业生计划7月31日下午5时截止。符合基本资格的，有野心的同学，要好好考虑了。
我妻子今晚建议让我开一个周末班（6-8小时） ，给大家传授一点我的会计找工和职场经验。我觉得这个建议挺好，于是写下此贴。不过看人数吧，要开班的话，也要快了，只剩20来天了。大概内容：
